With a background in kinesiology and a lifelong passion for movement, I believes fitness is far more than physical—it’s a powerful tool for empowerment and overall well-being. My journey began with a deep curiosity about human performance and health, which inspired me to combine science, mindfulness, and coaching in my approach to training. At Shero Club, I am dedicated to helping women build a sustainable, positive relationship with fitness. Whether the goal is strength, flexibility, stress relief, or simply feeling better day to day, I design personalized, holistic programs that support both body and mind. My mission is to empower clients not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally, so they can carry that strength into every part of their lives. Currently pursuing a PhD in Global Health, I am passionate about using evidence-based strategies to make wellness more inclusive and effective for diverse communities.
